THE Rainforest World Music Festival, held annually in the foothills of Mount Santubong, 45 minutes from Kuching, Sarawak, gets bigger in its 16th edition with the inauguration of the Borneo World Music Expo to be held from June 24 to 26 at the Pullman Hotel in Kuching.
fringe festival, the expo will enable the Sarawak Tourism Board (STB) to position the state as a strong destination for art, culture and music. The event will be a prelude to the Rainforest World Music Festival (RWMF) scheduled on June 28-30.
